Pre-launch terms
Important: these are early-access terms, not the final paid SaaS contract. A saved setup or launch request does not create a paid subscription.
1. Product status
WorkQuarter is currently in early access. Features, prices, integrations and availability may change before commercial launch. Paid subscriptions are not currently activated through this site.
2. Software and intellectual property
WorkQuarter's software, non-public source code, product design, workflows, documentation, branding and original platform content are proprietary and remain with their lawful owner or licensors. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of the software.
You must not copy, extract, reproduce, resell, sublicense, bypass access controls, obtain unauthorised source code, or use the service to interfere with its security, except to the extent a restriction cannot lawfully apply.
3. Your information
You retain rights in business information you provide. During early access it is used to provide and secure your setup, test workflows and improve readiness for onboarding. We do not claim ownership of your customer or business data.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account access secure and do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access another user's information, probe security controls without permission, upload malicious material, or abuse service capacity.
5. Early-access limitations
The current service is a pre-launch environment. No production uptime commitment, service level, live automation guarantee or permanent feature commitment is made at this stage. Test automations do not represent live actions unless expressly enabled in a future production service.
6. Third-party services
Hosting, authentication, AI, email, payments and other integrations may rely on third-party providers. Production subprocessors and relevant data terms will be published before paid launch.
7. Final commercial terms
Before paid launch, the customer agreement will identify the contracting legal entity and include subscription charges, billing and cancellation, support, service levels where applicable, data-processing terms, liability provisions and governing law.
8. Changes
These pre-launch terms may be replaced as WorkQuarter moves toward commercial release. Material commercial terms will be shown before a paid subscription is started.
